That the expression of the term, Research Analyst and Client shall mean and include their legal heirs, successors, assigns and representatives, etc.
WHEREAS Research Analyst is been authorised by SEBI to provide research recommendations in terms of SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
AND WHEREAS Client is desirous of availing the research services from the Research Analyst on the terms & conditions as described hereinafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, the parties hereby agree as follows:
Scope of Service
In accordance with the applicable laws, client hereby appoints, entirely at his/her/its risk, Dream Wealth Research Financial Services to provide research recommendations in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Dream Wealth Research Financial Services scope of work shall be restricted to provide the research/trading recommendation to its clients and shall not be involved in offering any other services to the client. Dream Wealth Research Financial Services will charge fees to the client for the research/trading recommendation provided to the client.
Further, in no case Dream Wealth Research Financial Services shall be held liable for the losses incurred by the client on the basis of research recommendation executed by the client. The client shall be solely liable for any losses. Dream Wealth Research Financial Services is not engaged in offering any Profit-Sharing services.

The payment of fees shall be through account payee crossed cheque/ Demand Drafts or by way of direct credit to the bank accounts through NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS/ UPI. All the payments for the service amount are subjected to receive in the Research Analyst’s accounts only which is mentioned upon the website i.e www.dreamwealthresearch.com. the Research Analyst shall not be responsible, in case the client deposits the money in any other account that is not mention upon the website.

Registration granted by SEBI, BASL and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.
Validity
This Agreement shall remain in force for duration of service as mentioned in this agreement; however, on mutual consent by Client and by the Research Analyst, services may be renewed before expiry of tenure. Client can renew services by paying Fees as mentioned in this agreement or less as mutually agreed by both the parties for next tenure of services.
The Agreement will be deemed to be terminated after date of completion of the agreement term if not renewed for the subsequent term under the prevalent terms & conditions.
Amendments
The Research Analyst and the client shall be entitled to make amendments to this agreement after mutual agreement. This Agreement may be amended or revised by an instrument endorsed by the Client and by Research Analyst. Further, this agreement may also be amended by mutual written consent (through E-mail, WhatsApp, etc.) of the parties and shall have same impact as of this Agreement.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated if the Research Analyst fails to provide the research recommendation. However, the agreement cannot be terminated by the client merely on the basis of not achieving the desired level of return or if in case the client faced any losses by trading on the recommendation provided by the Research Analyst.
Means of communication
The Research Analyst will render its recommendations by the way of SMS/WhatsApp. Client shall only accept such recommendations which is provided to him/her by such medium only. Research Analyst shall not be liable if the client accepts the recommendations which is provided to him by any other means. Further client shall acknowledge any communication via mail through info@dreamwealthresearch.com or support@dreamwealthresearch.com or dreamwealthresearch.com domain name only. Research Analyst will not be liable for any email which is been received by the client from any other domain name.
Adherence to grievance redressal timelines
Research Analyst shall be responsible to resolve the grievances within the timelines specified under SEBI circulars. In case of any query or grievance, client shall contact through following medium:

In case the client is not satisfied with the response, then the client shall follow the grievance redressal mechanism as provided upon the website.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
Force Majeure
The Research Analyst shall not be liable for delays or errors occurring by reason of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, work stoppages, fire, flood, catastrophe, acts of God, insurrection, war, riot, or failure of communication or power supply.
Disclosures and Disclaimer
Client shall read the disclosure and disclaimer as mentioned on website and Research Analyst shall disclose to the client, if there is any change in the information contained therein. Further, clients are advised to go through the website before signing this agreement.
By Signing this agreement, the client hereby acknowledges that he has read and understood the terms of this agreement and have gone through the website: https://dreamwealthresearch.com/ and is subscribing to the services of the Research Analyst with his own free will and consent.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed the Agreement on the date(s) set forth below, and the Agreement is effective on the date of acceptance by the Research Analyst.
